is Ultimate Edge Sports? Ultimate Edge Sports (UES) is a national company that was developed to help student athletes and their parents succeed in the recruiting process. Our misson is to be the athletic recruiting source for student athletes and college coaches nationwide. Our objective is to provide high quality, reliable services for student athletes who have the skills, grades and motivation to compete at the college level. UES is the result of years of experience and dedication to helping student athletes achieve their dreams. Our roster of coaches, trainers and recruiting advisors are former college and professional athletes. We do what we do because we value education, we love sports and we are college recruiting experts that have a passion for helping athletes, parents and coaches reach their goals. Our goal is to level the playing field for student athletes and their parents. WHAT does UES do? UES's main objective is to educate the athletes and parents in the recruiting process and to get the athlete EXPOSED to college coaches! GPA's can be raised and skills can be taught, but exposure is the most crucial element in the recruiting process. If you don't get seen you won't get recruited, it's that simple. There are 1000's of talented athletes out there every year that aren't lucky enough to get the exposure they need to receive an athletic scholarship. With UES, we provide the athlete with instant exposure through college coach networks, online social networks and recruiting scout networks that place the right athlete in front of the right coach to get recruited. "Coach Strickland did everything in his ability to get me through to a college program. Div I and Div II schools turned me down due to deficiency in math credit. Just when I thought my career was over and I was expecting a degree from a community college, I received a phone call from Coach Lee of the Univ. of Montana-Western. The words that came from his mouth surprised me more than I can describe, not only was I about to play college football, they wanted to offer me money to do it. Weeks later, I visited the school and signed that very day. I will be attending UMW in the Fall of 2008, pursuing a degree in journalism and a position on the offensive line.
